The interview mostly involved discussing my resume and telling my story. That led to follow-up questions and conversations.
Starting with an initial phone screening, a dozen Interviews were conducted including with the CEO. All interviewers were pleasant to speak with and they did not appear to have canned questions at hand. Instead, the interviews were more or less me discussing my career background.
