To be correct - in the recruitment process we organise one interview that has two parts. First part includes a conversation with an HR, the second - test evaluator. The elongated recruitment process helps both parties - the candidate and company - to understand if we are a match, since we offer employment opportunity to all IT newbies who lack previous work experience.
Through the various test assignments the candidate can learn what skills are required to become a junior in IT industry. For us - it helps us to evaluate which training courses will benefit you the best, if we decide to complete the recruitment with a job offer.
