I applied online and then was invited to the assessment centre. There were 10 other candidates. There was a group exercise, interview and a presentation. Last about half a day.

Quick, and straightforward. They gave feedback quickly too. There was a quick interview with the recruitment team and then an assessment day which was split into three parts. Group task, individual task with presentation and an interview.

4 step process: Initial application submission with CV and personal details, then aptitude test, followed by an online interview comprising of health and safety, competencies and knowledge of Telent, then an assessment centre and final interview
