Interview
Assessment was made onsite during an interview day which was well organized and engaging. The day gave a good picture of the company and it was possible to meet future coworkers.
Process was divided into four parts, which seemed a bit long at first, but turned out to work really well as it gave a chance to share experiences with other applicants.
They could improve the process a bit, but they did not request to give any feedback. Feedback on your performance was given next day, which was a nice bonus.

Interview
Friendly and chill atmosphere. Interviewer was very professional and asked the right questions. Tests were of reasonable difficulty and relevant to the position and the skillset. Felt more like a mini-event rather than the usual interview experience.

There was thrid round interviews. The interviewers repeatedly aske dthe same questiones in a persistentmanner, digging deeper each time, and evntually it became very difficult for me to answer. I also did a mock call afterward.
