Informal, asked questions on a bench in front of the store, a very relaxed atmosphere. Applied online as well as in person, got the interview in person. Just one face-to-face interview and was offered the job on the spot.

Interview
Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
