Interview was at a hotel due to the high number of applicants. They sat you in circles and you talked as a group. you then had to build something out of lego and make it relate to yourself.
I applied online. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Lone Tree, CO) in Jul 2025
Interview
Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
