I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Found the job on linkedIn, applied online. Emailed back 2 weeks later for the first round interview. Interview with HR, next with the technical leads, and finally an interview with the VP. From the first interview to the offer, took less than 2 weeks.
HR was very quick to respond and schedule next rounds.
The offer came same day after the final interview.
The interviews had a relaxed feel. Everyone was very nice and approachable. The HR interview asked a few behavior questions and normal questions. The VP was down to earth and gave a strong outlook for the company and it's future.
The technical interview asked scenario based questions to ensure the primary job skills are known, then a few challenging questions without a known or definitive solution. Very fair questions that should be able to be talked about.
LEGO is passionate about their products and each of the interviews asked about my familiarity with the brand and products. I was honest about my normal exposure and didn't try to portray that I am a super fan, especially since the position doesn't require it.

Interview
Fairly standard interview process. I interviewed with the HR associate first, then had a technically interview later with the hiring manager and their direct manager. I only received questions the the hiring manager's boss as he never let the other person say much and would often interrupt him.
