The process is best described as relaxed and laid-back. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, even bantering at times. Due to Covid the first two interviews were online, the first interview was delayed (the interviewer called 30 late) because as kids stuff at home and so on - it was of course a little nerve wrecking sitting by the phone waiting, but then again it showed that people are just that: people.
