      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Nov 2021

      Interview

The interview was a very pleasant experience and it went smoothly. The recruiter was helpful along the process and the hiring, from first contact to contract signed was completed in roughly 2 weeks. Hiring manager did a great job at introducing the department objectives and providing an overall overview about the role & responsibilities and the recruiter took care of the practical side of things.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (London, England) in Mar 2026

      Interview

There are three stages in total: 1. HR Screening (30 mins) 2. Hiring Manager and AI Lead ( 60 mins) 3. Case Study (also with the Hiring Manager and AI Lead) (90 mins) This is the company where HR has shown the most genuine care for candidates I have ever interviewed with. 1. Post-Interview Support: After every stage, the HR team proactively reached out to discuss the results. They were very interested in my feedback and shared detailed insights from each stage of the process. 2. Recruitment Experience: I felt incredibly well looked after by the recruiter throughout the entire process. Their approach was warm, attentive, and very professional, which made the experience very comfortable. 3. Interview Atmosphere: The interviewers were friendly, intelligent, and direct. Unlike other companies that might use high-pressure tactics or less respectful interview styles, this process felt supportive. I could truly sense that the employees and managers are sincere, kind, and genuinely passionate about how they treat every candidate.
