Interview
The interview process was held by an external recruitment company Celio. It was very smooth and quick. I have had 4 different talks. The first one was jus a screening by a consultant and then there were 3 stages of the recruitment process. Celio consultants were very friendly and supportive. The interviews with the hiring manager and other colleagues were friendly and based on my experience.

I feel the entire interview process is very people oriented and I felt I was really taken care of by the talent team throughout the process.
There were plenty of transparency of the process and I was well informed throughout the entire process.

In my case, 1st interview was half an hour with the recruiter, 2nd interview was with hiring manager and two team members incl. a case study presentation, 3rd final interview was with a peer team leader and a peer team member
