Initial self-recorded questions via an online provider. Followed a week later with a video call with 3 members of the team, all based in the US. The second interview lasted about 45 minutes and gave me great insight to the company and the role. Unfortunately they chose to give the role to someone in internally which felt a bit like they wasted my time.
