What an amazing process. Starting with the people at LEGO, everyone is organised, friendly, warm, forgiving, and fun to be around. I had three interview sessions from 30 minute screeners to 90 minute presentations. All as expected for the role. The communications throughout were exemplary. I was given enough time and clarity to prepare. It felt like a set of conversations, at no point was it stressful and I didn't get any sense of anyone trying to catch me out. It was refreshing.
