I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Oct 2023
Interview
Started with a recruiter call, followed by the hiring manager and team members session, and finally gave a case to work on and have it presented for 2 hours. In general, the process was fine and the people were nice. I was told I would get a call the day after the final step to get a response on the offer status. I never got that call, instead, I received an email where I was told they picked someone with more experience in a specific field. This sounded unprofessional because I never said I had experience in that field. On top of that, I was told I could ask for more detailed feedback which I did right away. Still today, after more than 2 weeks and multiple follow-ups, I have gotten 0 replies, not even an update, completely ignored.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Jan 2024
Interview
I had three interviews.
One initial interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the primary hiring team. And lastly a case presentation with an extended hiring team and a recruiter.
