There were three interviews: a first interview with a recruiter talking a about why I wanted to work for Lego and my previous work experience, a second interview with the team I would be working with asking more in depth questions about my previous experiences and work process, and a third interview with that same team where I presented a case study.
Everyone I spoke to in the interview process was very friendly and laid back, and they didn't ask any ridiculous questions like "where do you see yourself in 5 years?".
