Pretty straight forward you speak to 2 managers about some standard customer service questions. They then tell you about the role and hours and you can also ask them questions about the job or anything.
After applying you will get a first-round interview —— a video record interview， they will have a few questions in the interview, and for each question, you have 3 min to answer.
