      Different rounds of employment. First sending CV & Cover letter - Video interviews - Assessment day at Billund campus and at last final interview. Good and fun experience where we got the opportunity to express ourselves and meet some of the hiring managers and a sneak peek into campus.

      Before the interview, I had to do answer some video questions and join an assessment day, here two of the recruiters were interested and I had to interviews. One interview was very much focused on my skills and my coding capabilities, while the other interview was focused very much on personality and ambition.

      Interview

      First I presented my cv, asked questions to the job and the interviewers talked about the job. Then in the second part of the interview the interviewers and me engaged in a role play scenario, where they had me engage in it tech support scenarios to test my response to adverse situations.
