I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in May 2024
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews,
First round was with a recruiter to get to know my background etc. It was pretty standard.
second was with the hiring manager. It was nice and comfortable and enabled me to ask any questions I may have had.
Final round was a case study which proved to take a long time for me. Most of the time was spend understanding the requirements and expectations and not so much doing the coding itself. I would have liked it a bit more specific.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Feb 2025
Interview
Half an hour interview with a very nice recuiter (that was engineer previously, so we could go into deeper disscations).
Then technical interview where we discussed my background. Again nice people with positive attitude.
Then home task that I've been told should take no more than 8 hours :), tbh, I consider to quit the process :o
Then last interview is the toughest one, where I presented my presentation on the solution of the home task, and was being questioned about it.
All along the way all the people I met were very nice, with positive attitude.
