I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Feb 2025
Interview
I wrote an email to Thomas about the possibilities for an internship in January 2026, in connection with my education as a multimedia designer. He invited me to Campus for a chat about who I am and why I am interested in LEGO. When we finished talking, I left with an internship in 2026 and a student job from March 2025.

Thomas asked who I am, how far along I am in my education, what I find exciting about the education I am currently taking and how I think Lego will fit in.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in May 2026
Interview
The first interview at the LEGO Group began with a formal introduction to the organisation, followed by a panel of current student workers who were available for questions. Candidates were then grouped into teams of three to four, where they were assessed through a structured group discussion based on a technical case study prepared in advance.
The interview process was good. I was contacted by email on the details. The interviewers were really polite, asked a lot of questions related to education and interests and we had a conversation afterwards.
