Interview
The interview was approximately 10 minutes. After the interview, they offered me to trial for about 1.5 hours. The store was pretty quiet at that time so I was not able to showcase my skills much.
1-1 casual asking why and what do you bring to the table. Asking availability if i can do 30 hours plus a week. Gave me a trial shift to see how i do on multiple roles for one hour and got a coupon after my trail shifty for a free meal

It starts off with general interview questions and going through your CV. You then do a 'discovery session' where you experience difference roles you do as part of front of house- bar, floor
