Had brief phone interview, was invited to the outlet and did a trial shift. I was shown where the fire exit was which I thought was great in cases of emergency. Staff are nice most especially the kitchen staff.

Quick no background question. Trial shift usually after interview and usually on Saturdays to experience the busiest shifts. Some case scenario question and what would you do questions. Trial shift only test you on hosting and assisting with table cleaning
