Initial Phone Screen was all about background check and questions about the work experience, projects as mentioned in my resume. The Interviewer was very friendly and answered all the questions I had about the company and their work environment. After a couple of days I was called in for an on-site interview at their Fremont,CA Office. A group panel of 3 members interviewed me. They asked me to show some samples of my work and one of them asked me analytical and algorithm based questions. All questions were straight forward not-too-complex kind of questions. All interviewers were very friendly during the entire process. During the interview the interviewers clearly put forward their expectations from the person they hire. One of the interviewers clearly mentioned that they wanted to Hire Leaders who are willing to be constantly challenged with solving complex problems. This is the perfect cup of tea for a person like me. I was informed about my Job offer the next day and I accepted it Immediately.
