I answered it badly because I confused OpenIDEO with IDEO. And I probably didnt really appreciate the fact that the phone interview came so late that I did not really prepare it well or with excitement. Sometimes, its a cultural fit when it is. when its not nobody can fake it. The interview felt very rushed without substance. There was no question regarding the details of this job.
