Interview
I had a technical assessment for a finance tutor role, which was about 10 questions multiple choice. Then I spoke to the hiring lead who introduced the project and scope. I was only asked general questions about my past experience, my motivations, and if I could commit the adequate amount of hours.
Applied online, got requested to do 2 online assessments, Then called in for an interview, and then a final round got scheduled 2 weeks later. Roughly 3 months from initial app to final round.
I attended the assignment consisting of 100 questions. Then, technical interview, after 4 weeks, I got the offer. After offer letter, you need to pass background check and attend 2 weeks training.
