However, there was no pre-screening or initial call before the main interview. Although they mentioned that feedback would be provided within 10 days, I did not hear back even after a month, with no communication from the hiring or HR team. This was one of the most unusual interview experiences I have encountered in my 14-year career. It left me questioning whether they were genuinely hiring or merely gauging the market.
