As part of Episode 3 of our CoLab sessions under Techtonic, we hosted a 2-day AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AIDLC) workshop in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) at our Bangalore office. With 140+ participants across Product, Architecture, Engineering, and QA, the workshop focused on embedding AI across the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design to infrastructure, code generation, and testing. Using Kiro, AWS’s AI-powered IDE built on Amazon Bedrock, teams worked hands-on through a real use case and experienced how AI can support a more structured, spec-driven development approach.
