Mission: Attract, find and place diverse, qualified talent.
I worked at ASG Renaissance full-time (More than 3 years)
CEO is really a terrific person who cares very much about her employees and being a positive force in the world. A motivated person who is willing to go out and sell his/her ideas will likely be able to do whatever kinds of projects she can sell to a client. So there is lots of flexibility.
The company seems to have trouble figuring out what they want to do or to be. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have some support in selling themselves and their own ideas to create their own client base. The company is oddly split between consulting and staffing. You likely will have to do a lot of business development for your own consulting work.
Advice to Management
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ASG Renaissance (San Francisco, CA) in August 2011.
1st was a skype interview, then a face to face interview at a local hotel. then there was a over the phone offer made. then where was a flight from a rep to set me up here locally. then there was training that occurred in the home state of the HDQ office.
not much negotiation
