Case Design/Remodeling is one of the largest full-service remodeling firms in the nation. Operations are focused in the Washington, DC metro area and bring clients a unique mix of design/build services (through the Case brand), home care services (through fred – the first name in home repairs) and internet design/build tools (through ibby – inspiration built by you).
Fred Case started the business in 1961 and worked at perfecting his craft for almost ten years before hiring his first employee. Today the organization employs approximately 140 of the nation’s top project developers, designers, project managers, craftsmen, leadership and office team members. Of the 140 employees, 29 have been with the company between 5 and 10 years, 62 have been employed by Case over 10 years, and 9 have been with the company over 25 years. This is very unique in any organization but especially in the remodeling industry.
