I worked at Intelliware Systems full-time (More than a year)
IntelliWare felt like home while I worked there. The senior management is awesome. It was a very hard decision to leave and ultimately it came down to growth and a sustainable salary. I was happy during my time here and I still recommend IntelliWare to people I meet at the grocery store and even colleagues and friends looking for a new job.
-The salary is a bit low and the health benefits can be expensive.
-Comp time is allowed in lieu of having to use PTO.
-PTO is pretty great and gets better if you are loyal and stay with the company.
Advice to Management
Always leave opportunities open for growth. Most employees leave over a lack of growth and go to a larger company with obvious growth opportunities and a better salary. You can say you promote growth, but the proof is in the statistics. Start showcasing the amount of employees who were promoted in the last year. It helps!
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Intelliware Systems in July 2015.
Recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone screening. It was a typical phone screen just getting basic qualifications. The next step was a face to face interview with the recruiting team. It was a very short interview, maybe 20 minutes. Leaving I felt as though they already had a candidate of choice and was just going through the motions to check the box.
