Dedicated team members. Office culture is casual. Great product.

Bad Leadership decisions. If you want to be micro managed down to the last 15 minutes of what you just did then this is the place for you. President and CFO yell at people. CFO makes financial promises and does not keep them, even in writing.

    Advice to Management

When a person takes on a new position and does not get compensated or is told we will see how you due and then they do nothing. It's time to move on. Working two jobs and getting paid for one is not my cup of tea. Especially when you care for your co-workers and the product especially the customers. STOP yelling at employees. So childish. Anger management or Meds are needed . IMO. Also , this in not the 90's. There is something called remote access, i.e. VPN, VM's. Workers can easily work from home and get even more done without all the disruptions and yelling. Keep adding more buckets in Dovico, you need to add one more for when i go to the bathroom and spend more than 10 minutes.
