High learning curve the first week, but you get used to the pressure Some workers were fired for "doing nothing" even if there was nothing to do
Advice to Management
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Material In Motion (Lithia Springs, GA).
Signed with Ronstad for temporary assignment; they reassigned me with Impact Outsourcing Solutions. Me and others in group were given paperwork to fill out. Told we would be contacted. About three weeks later received a call to take test (drug & IQ). Two weeks later received call to go to orientation.
None. after 6 Mos reassigned (moved by ronstad) to contract/semi temp to Impact Outsourcing Solutions, a PEO comp for MIM
