Advice to Management
Increase desk time for ASAs.
I applied online. The process took 12+ months. I interviewed at Multnomah County Library (Portland, OR).
Hiring takes forever after application for entry level. Initial round of interviews is granted to randomly selected individuals that meet criteria as so many applications are received. Glassdoor won't even allow me to say the process was over a year - so I put the longest time available but the process was even longer than twelve months.
