Interview
It is a 3 step interview process that lasted approximately 3-4 weeks. The initial is a phone screen interview followed by a 90 minute in person convverational interview. The interview begins with a puzzle that must be assembled. It was an interesting approach to interviewing. The shadow interview that came last was initially advertised as a half day process. It lasted about 2 hours, with a one to one with the senior recruiter. I was advised the VP would reach out to me that following week. No contact was made to me following two emails and a phone call to follow up on status. I came to the conclusion they were not interested by seeing the position was reposted about 2 hours ago. Considering the amount of time that had to be set aside to be a part of the process. I find that their lack of response speaks poorly of their professionalism.InterviewWhat motivates you?
