Description Ragan Communications was founded in 1970 in Chicago by the late Lawrence Ragan, a thought leader in organizational communications. Since the launch of The Ragan Report more than 50 years ago, Ragan has been the go-to resource for internal communications and public relations insights, training and peer-to-peer networking. Lawrence Ragan’s son, Mark Ragan, ran the company until 2019, when Diane Schwartz became its CEO.
