Fast pace, constantly changing environment. You learn lots of new skills that can be applied in all areas of food service.
Takes up most weekends and evenings.

Better training programs for new employees, follow up with training in current employees.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ritz Charles.
I had an easy interview that lasted about five minutes at the Ritz Charles. The manager was very nice and she only asked general questions. This was probably the easiest interview I have ever had.
