    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Roger Williams University full-time

    Pros

Great benefits with room to grow in your area or move to another. RWU is on the front line of change in higher education.

    Cons

Salary increases have not been consistent lately due to new tuition controls. While these are fantastic for the students, the burden fell on the employees in recent years.

    Advice to Management

Keep supporting the growth of your employees and moving higher education toward change in regards to tuition costs for students.
