The company designs, manufactures, and distributes light-emitting diode (LED) edge-lit signs and displays, primarily for retail and corporate applications. Its energy-efficient lineup illuminates more than 50,000 installations worldwide, including applications for architectural decor, casino and lottery facilities, corporate identities, consumer point-of-purchase, event advertising, and home addresses. Products include gaming signs, table toppers, wayfinding signs, and visual merchandisers. Formerly a subsidiary of Carmanah Technologies (CMH), Carmanah Signs was acquired in 2009 by a holding company of CMH founder, Dr. David Green.
