At Cloudfm, we encourage our colleagues to lead a healthy lifestyle, so when we discovered that May was National Walking Month, it presented the perfect opportunity to inspire our team members to take part in Living Street’s #Try20 campaign. The initiative encourages participants to walk for 20 minutes every day to improve their fitness levels and mental health, and benefits the environment with no pollution, noise or emissions to add to climate change. To take part in the campaign we asked our colleagues to share photos of their walks on Cloudfm’s colleague social app, where they could be in with the chance of winning a super healthy 2-week HelloFresh box! One of the reasons why our colleagues can get outside and enjoy the fresh air is all down to Cloudfm’s flexible approach to working. We actively encourage our colleagues to take a break whenever they need to. Walking is one of the best ways to support well-being and boost productivity and it gives our colleagues the freedom to enjoy some fresh air before returning to work with a clear mind....Show more

This week Cloudfm launched a new health and wellbeing programme that focuses on supporting colleagues to live healthy and work well. The programme includes the introduction of 3 new employee benefits - private healthcare, life assurance and personal accident cover. Jeff Dewing, CEO said "The health and wellbeing of our people has become a real priority for Cloudfm's Exec Team over the last year. We've set a lockdown challenge for our Cloudfm colleagues to collectively walk, run or cycle the distance between our offices, from Colchester - Newark - Barcelona - Dublin and back - that's 2730 miles!
