Then, CWS Software developed TalentComp; a robust compensation management tool that helps medium to large enterprises handle the approval, distribution and changes to employee bonuses, stock options and other types of compensation. As more client needs emerged, the software continued to expand into the total employee management platform of The Unity Suite®, which also includes the Noteworthy performance management and UnityHRIS products.
