Mission Our mission is to make the world a safer place.
Description CONSTANT was founded on August 24, 2004 in Los Angeles, California. Our first contract involved the delivery of biological terrorism exercises for the government. From 2004 to 2009, our project portfolio grew steadily; we worked on projects related to everything from family reunification, to counter- and anti-terrorism, to earthquake preparedness. During that time, we amassed an enviable rolodex of partners and subcontractors, which enabled us to create project specific teams comprised of contractors throughout the Nation. By 2009, our business model graduated to the next level, enabling us to grow with the demands of the industry and support our clients in their quest to enhance homeland security.
CONSTANT has now expanded to employ a very talented, dedicated cadre of full and part-time employees and subcontractors. Our clients includes local, state and Federal government, as well as the private sector. Our catalogue of projects spans four areas of expertise: Health Security, Healthcare Preparedness, Emergency Management and Counterterrorism across four core service areas: planning, training, exercise, outreach and staffing.
Since the inception of our company our core values have remained steadfast: provide superior service, high-quality work, and ultimately support our clients with their mission to protect and preserve our great Nation.
