Our Consulting Services include Project Management and Controls, Portfolio/Program Management, Portfolio/Project Risk Management, Cost Estimating, and Implementation of Project Systems. Our Advisory Services are built on the foundation of consulting experience and expertise of our Advisory experts who use their experience to advise capital portfolio owners on strategic, technical, organizational, delivery and contractual strategies. Our Technology Services offer products & services that enable strategic and operational business decisions.
