Since 1928, Adams Electric has been delivering superior quality and exceeding our client’s expectations throughout the Southeast. Adams Electric has evolved from a small family company into an industry leader with over 400 associates. Adams is a third generation family owned and operated business. We believe in building trust through our performance. We build this trust through our highly skilled workforce that is passionate about our industry and stands ready to accept the challenges of any new project.
Our associates are our most valuable asset. We believe that increasing the skill level of our associates is paramount to our success. We are committed to ongoing training at all levels for all associates. The Craft Training Program, which includes conduit bending and commercial wiring, is offered periodically in all office locations. Electrical code classes are conducted often by a licensed electrical inspector. Adams Electric provides a certified apprenticeship program for employees through the Construction Education Foundation of the Carolinas called “The Wheels of Learning.” Our project managers and estimators meet routinely with the job foremen to share knowledge and develop a thorough understanding of each project from the pre-construction phase to the jobsite completion final review of each project.
Ensuring the safety of our associates is a vital aspect of our operations. Adams Electric’s commitment to safety is built into the structure of our organization. Above all, our associates' safety must be the first priority when planning each and every project. The management team provides training and literature to all associates for the safety practices in the performance of their duties. Each associate is to adhere to the guidelines and to work in a safe manner that does not endanger them or their fellow associates. Each associate receives “site specific safety” training on every project and remains committed to operating procedures and safety methods while staying focused on the client’s project goals and schedule requirements.
Adams Electric is composed of an experienced team of project managers, pre-construction team, electricians, foremen, staff and project administrators that are committed to exceeding each client’s expectations. We strive to always be the best and build trust through our performance.
