Woods Services was founded at the turn of the 20th century to advance the quality of life and standard of care for individuals with disabilities. Today, Woods Services, part of the Woods System of Care, is a dynamic and thriving population health management and advocacy network. It provides innovative, comprehensive, and integrated healthcare, behavioral health treatments, housing, education, workforce, development, and support services to over 22,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical and behavioral health conditions.

Aurora Staffing was founded on the concept of actively addressing the hiring needs for the Woods System of Care. Woods System Of Care is a non-profit that provides residential and educational care to over 22,000 children and adults in the intellectual and developmental, child welfare, behavioral and brain trauma public health sectors who have complex and intensive medical needs throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Aurora Staffing is currently hiring for many Direct Care roles for all affiliates of the Woods System of Care in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
