Our mission is to reinvent the field of energy sufficiency utilizing cutting edge technology, reliable software, and professional employees who are aligned with our values in taking great care of our clients and the planet.
We are a locally owned, operated, and employee driven company. We have a simple profit share formula. A third goes back in the pockets of our team members, a third into reinvesting into our company, and a third to a nonprofit with minimal operating costs and a cause we all believe in. We believe in quality more than speed of work completed or "bottom line." Our team members enjoy holidays based on a reasonable schedule (we don't believe in the corporate standard where each hour work amounts to some time towards PTO). We also believe in further education. We also offer our team members our platinum package for medical, vision, as well as dental!
