Our Mission is to serve our clients in the best way possible by creating a team of Professionals Dedicated to Building Excellence™ using the ClearBuild™ philosophy to deliver our clients the home of their dreams.
We are a family-owned company started in 1974 by Paul Magleby. Paul Magleby Construction started as a small framing crew that later expanded to building single-family homes. Paul's passion for excellence in the building process led to an opportunity in the early 1980's to move from building smaller single-family homes into the luxury custom estate home market we are known for today.
Our current President and CEO, Chad Magleby, continues his father's legacy of excellence. Under Chad's leadership, we have expanded our ability to serve clients in other markets. We are proud to work with clients in the Utah and Idaho markets. We've also expanded our product offerings beyond new construction in the luxury custom estate home space. Our remodel services are second to none and our property services group, providing home care and maintenance, delivers exceptional service and peace of mind to our estate clients. We are also proud to have an on-site mill operation that affords us the opportunity to create custom cabinets, doors, and moldings to meet our clients' needs.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our team, our dedication to craftsmanship, and our excellent customer service. We were recognized by the National Home Builder's Association in 2006 and 2016 as the Custom Builder of the Year, the first time in history that this prestigious award was given to the same company twice.
