Mission RTSWS is a financial and investment literacy nonprofit program designed to spark the interest of a diverse population of high school girls into careers in finance.
Description Rock The Street, Wall Street (RTSWS) provides programs that equip students at an early age to take charge of their financial futures. Through financial literacy and economic empowerment programs taught 100% by financial professionals, our students work with role models who spark the interest of a diverse population of high school girls into thriving career pathways. RTSWS began in one school in Nashville in 2013 and has grown to 51 high schools in 26 cities across the U.S. and Canada during the 2021-2022 academic year. RTSWS creates access to financial literacy for students who identify as female or non-binary with intentional recruitment of those underrepresented from BIPOC and/or low-income girls.
