Established in 2001, Morris, Sullivan & Lemkul® was founded by Shawn Morris and Mike Sullivan. Shawn and Mike are both former partners of Wingert Grebing, one of San Diego’s oldest and most respected law firms. In the spring of 2002, Will Lemkul joined Morris, Sullivan & Lemkul. Will spent the first four years of his practice as an associate with one of Las Vegas’ most respected firms, Kemp, Jones & Coulthard. In 2006, Morris, Sullivan & Lemkul opened an office in Las Vegas, Nevada to meet the needs of its ever-expanding client base. Morris, Sullivan & Lemkul is proud to provide a broad range of legal services to individual and business clients throughout California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Texas. Today the firm provides a full range of legal services, representing and advising clients in the areas of civil litigation, construction, and insurance litigation, personal injury, commercial litigation, as well as trademark and trade secret claims.
