October 8, 2015 – The ALTRUIST Group was founded by Jeanine Coleman and Lori Kincy. Founders were committed to leading by values to achieve their vision.

To create a values-driven organization;
To build a culture that lives T.R.U.E.; and
To make an intentional difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families,
while challenging the status quo and transforming the standards of our industry.
