Not enough data to show CEO approval

Description Anybody shopping for their own little place in the sun might consider dialing Deltona. The company develops master-planned communities, specializing in central Florida. The firm's active developments are its flagship Marion Oaks, a 10,000-resident subdivision in Ocala, the Sunny Hills Community in Washington County, and Citrus Springs in Citrus County. Deltona has developed and sold eight other Florida communities since it was founded in 1962 by the Mackle family. The company's first development, Deltona, is now a city. A group of European investors -- including CEO Antony Gram -- acquired a controlling interest of the then debt-laden firm in 1992; Gram took Deltona private in 2004.
