Inspiring HR was founded in 2007 by Mindy Flanigan, who spent the prior 15 years working with small businesses who were overwhelmed and aggravated by the unnecessary complexity of HR. To re-imagine how HR can work for small businesses, she developed the HR-SURE® service model: Simple, Understandable, Relevant and Empowering.
Over the past decade, our team has expanded to 10 certified consultants in 7 states, and that is growing every year.
