After a couple of years without an operating business, NewGen Technologies (formerly Bongiovi Entertainment) is once again revving its engines following a reverse merger with alternative fuel developer ReFuel America (which now functions as its operating subsidiary). The company hopes to produce and distribute cleaner-burning and more efficient fuels using ethanol and biodiesel additives. NewGen Technologies is in the process of working with various joint venture partners to build and operate biodiesel plants throughout the US. The company purchased three fuel terminals from Crown Central LLC in 2006 and one in 2007, giving it a storage capacity of 15 million gallons.
